Cletus Wayne Dark but known as (Hamburger) was born on February 16, 1959 to the late C. J. Snipes and the late Sally Mae Crutchfeild and departed this life on Monday, November 23, 2020 at his home in Siler City, North Carolina.
He attended Northwood High School where he was known for playing basketball. He was well known for his great spirit and numerous of sayings that he leave with us to remember him by.
He leaves to cherish his memories; His wife Betsy Farrish-Dark. Six sisters; Susan Dark (James), Nancy McSwain, Judy Snipes, Shenia Jones (Dwight), Kim Perez (Tony), and Rita Snipes. Three brothers; Cecil Dark (Melissa), T. J. Snipes and Curtis Snipes.
Nieces and nephews that he loved as his own children;
Juanita Wiley, Jannie Dark, Quatina, James McSwain, Chad McSwain, Tiffany Snipes, Teadra Alston, Brandon Jones, Crystal Jones, Rosalind Bell, Keisha Jones-Pickett, Travon Jones, Tristan Snipes, Tierra Snipes, Tianna Snipes, Ashely Woodson, Erin Gains and Aimee Snipes.
